35 hours per week.

Examine recruitment data, including as hiring patterns, performance indicators, and candidate profiles, to find trends, patterns, and insights that might inform recruiting strategy.

To give management information, create frequent reports on recruitment KPIs like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire. Find ways to make the hiring process better with data-driven analysis and suggestions, such as by enhancing the sourcing tactics, applicant screening procedures, and interviewing techniques.

To improve efficiency in recruitment processes and to streamline data administration, use software systems like applicant tracking systems.

Verify adherence to pertinent employment laws, rules, and corporate guidelines. Work together with hiring managers, recruitment teams, and other relevant parties to collect information, exchange insights, and match recruitment tactics with organisational objectives. Train and assist recruitment teams with data analysis tools and methodologies.

PAYROLL MANAGER - £39,000

 

35 hours per week.

Ensure the correctness of daily financial transactions by keeping track of them.

Make interim balances and make sure they correspond with the appropriate accounts.

Establish payroll policies and processes and manage the payroll staff.

Calculate and record hours worked, wages due, deducted amounts, and voluntary contributions.

Process living and travel expenses; also, process pay for holidays, illness, and pregnancy.

Establish schedules, send them out, and oversee the wage and salary distribution.

After calculating costs and overhead, prepare assessments with a management perspective. 

MARKET RESEARCH INTERVIEWERS - £39,000

Installs internal cabling and wiring for telephone systems and networks, as well as fitting and wiring junction and distribution boxes.

Connects wires from subterranean and aerial lines to premises and cable terminals to internal wiring.

Install telephones, switchboards, and coin-operated phone boxes.

Use testing equipment to discover damaged components in circuitry and makes any necessary repairs.

Tests the installation and makes any required changes.

Assists in the construction of timber poles or steel towers to carry overhead lines.

Connects cables and checks for problems.

Locates and repairs defects on lines and ancillary equipment.

Builds and maintains mobile telecom infrastructure.
